Can replace the compact fluro tube 5 times then it's probably done. Electronic ballasts aren't much good. It still equates to a good 10 years use probably but only time will tell. The old magnetic ballasts are still the best if you can get them these days.

Buying in bulk is best as the individual bulbs are very expensive. This is the second batch I've bought and they have been good, great seller too, good communication and fast delivery.
