Rabab was as described, in new condition and well packaged. It arrived well within the delivery window before Christmas. Unfortunately, the soft carry bag was found to be too small. When advised the seller was quick to provide a suitable replacement carry bag. Based on this transaction I am very happy with with the seller, the Rabab and replacement case provided, and wish highlight the effort taken by the seller to resolve the carry case issue simply and quickly over the holiday period.
