I would absolutely not recommend this seller. I purchased an engraved glass as a Xmas gift. The glass never came, I messaged several times and was just told it must be lost in the post. I asked several times for the tracking so I could contact Aust post but my messages were ignored. I was told that they had refunded the item but that did not happen either. . I did not receive a refund or the item and my messages regarding this have just been ignored.. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !
