    Product was shipped terribly. Firstly it was delayed but that would most likely due to FedEx. FedEx delivered the package with the box all beat up. Opening the box, it was full of styrofoam peanuts which broke into small pieces and some melted onto the product. Product was also shipped with a NiMH battery plugged in which is bad. Because the styrofoam peanuts got crushed, some of the small pieces got stuck into and onto the product. MOST IMPORTANT, the product was NOT as described. XCR-L…
