    Amazing book.

    My Dr recommended this book after I told him about my sleep problems. It really is a fascinating book about why we sleep and the amazing power of the brain that makes us sleep. It really did help me after I made a number of small changes in my lifestyle. A really interesting book even if your sleep is ok.

    DIFFICULT READ

    Matthew Walker is an excellent scientific Professor about anything to do with sleep. This book I didn't find inspiring.. Nothing to with with Matthew's wonderful knowledge, but because of the very small print, nothing but page after page of small text not even split up with smaller paragraphs. So you do need to concentrate. Of course everything is one's own experience, so I'm sure this book will inspire some. Matthews Walker has several videos on utube which are excellent. So I think I will watch and listen to him instead. My local charity shop was pleased to accept this book.

    Perhaps "The Science of Sleep and Dreams" would have been more appropriate.

    ...Still reading (about 200 page to go). from the contents I was expecting more space on dreaming issue (afyet allit is ...Slep and Dreams)...still. good book easy to ready and to follow the aim of this project

    How can you NOT be interested-we all sleep. Some new research revealing facts I certainly didn`t know.It all makes complete sense. Passing this one to several family members and might even buy another copy for a friend.
