Arrived in 2 days! Took it out of the packaging, showing full charge so hooked it up to a completely flat battery in a 5.4l V8. Been flat for sometime & my home charger was indicating battery had a fault. Battery only 2 years old. Anyway the car started & ran!! Turned car off & reconnected to my charger & looks battery will now accept a charge so might have saved the battery! Money well spent & very happy, hopefully will last a long time. Only negative, had to go to post office to pick it up.

Very well packaged so fan blades are protected etc. The product arrived in good time and (for the price) very well constructed. Store bought ones are typically twice the price. I'd like to see a double sized one using 2 or more thermo electric pads to push a little more air. Currently nobody sells larger ones so an opportunity exists there. This shop is proud of its products and welcomes feedback so I would shop here again - thanks.

Contacted the seller as the item was faulty (person on the other end can’t hear you at all) I returned the item to the seller and was refunded 60% why should I be 40% out of pocket because the seller doesn’t quality control their product? All up I paid $63.18 with return postage and received a refund of $40.79 somehow the original postage was not free, like advertised. I wonder if anyone regulates poor customer service anymore?
