Upon receiving the item I thought a part was missing so I contacted the seller who didn't respond. I contacted eBay and after contacting the seller again, I was able to see what the problem was. This is a quality case in new condition worth the price. It fits my laptop perfectly. Won't purchase again a/c to shipping cost.
