After placing a support ticket with Dell and waiting over a week to know if this mid tray would work in my system, I figured there was no way it would work so I asked the seller for a refund. That was no problem and a return was started but the seller offered to help with my problem. Not only did they figure out what was wrong but also had the parts I needed in addition to the mid tray to make everything work! Excellent service and the parts are like brand new! Thank you again!
