The first gauge I ordered arrived with the arrow at 2.5 psi. I notified the seller with a photo of the just-opened unused gauge. They figured the shipper probably dropped the package in transit and sent a new one immediately. Great customer service. The new one arrived (with 'fragile' marked on the box...) perfectly zeroed-out. The small size works perfectly for my application, so I am very pleased.
