I have tried to contact seller multiple times with no response. First of all it was supposed to arrive May 31 and shipped May 24th - and it didn’t arrive until June 5th. Then it came with the wrong chain. It was advertised as a Figaro chain but came with a totally different chain. I contacted the seller when it arrived and they never responded. No customer service and they obviously don’t care. Why do business if you don’t care?

First it was more like 10mm than 12mm but that’s fine not a too big of an issue. But I needed this by a certain date. Since I saw it had not shipped yet I contacted the seller mentioned I needed by a certain date and offered to pay in order to have it by said date. Seller says it was going to arrive by that date. The item spent a week in the first USPS office where it was being shipped from. This was a gift to be given on a specific special occasion which I missed because item arrived late.
