The seller responds rude and unprofessional. I got the fur coat and it smelled like old must, the minute I opened the box, so bad I couldn’t even tolerate it and it would have to be taken to the cleaners if I ever wanted to wear it.
Seller tried to blame it on me because I took a picture of it on the floor for eBay. Like lmfao wtf.
Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want your items arriving stinky. They said they keep their items in storage. Rule #1, fur coats need air
