I'm pretty sure i have an average size neck, but velcro strap didn't quite fit all the way around. Velcro bit is about 5cm so its a pretty small margin for sizing. You really want 5cm of velcro on 5cm of velcro, not the last 1cm barely hanging on to 1cm of the grip side. But on the upside, the item is pretty cheap so you won't feel too bad about throwing itin the bin in 2 weeks time.

Product is overpriced. Inferior and ad said postage was free but when refunded because it was too big and supposed to fit all was charged an exorbitant postage from my refund and wanted nearly 4 weeks after returning for it to be refunded. Should not advertised free postage if included in the price of the product!
