They gave me a discount on shipping & everything arrived intact and working except for the Power Cord Cable for this supply. I reached out several times with no reply. So now the supply has cost me an extra $32.24CAD to be able to use it. I would like to endorse them but I can't say they are reliable. I was planning to buy another $600 in pedals from them. They'll probably cost me more but now I'll buy them elsewhere.

Not hugely impressed with communication with seller, but would recommend as item arrived as described.
