First class service. My iPad would not charge or turn on. Dead. Nothing. Took it to Apple and they said there was nothing they could do. Sure it was a battery issue I bought this service. I was a little sceptical as the price was very reasonable, almost too good to be true. Anyway I sent it off and within 48 hours they contacted me to say it was fixed. Not a battery issue but a burnout on the board which they repaired. Now good as new and working great. Thank you.
