    Gigi, was great to work with and communicated well with us. The bowl was exactly as described, packaged and protected with great care. The bowl was actually less expensive than the first one we bought that wasn’t packaged well and was damaged in shipping. As for the shipping, the USPS has a real big problem in Kansas City where everything we have order that was shipped via USPS gets lost there for 4-5 days and many arrive damaged, not Gigi’s fault.
