The gas cylinder was a perfect replacement for my chair, and the difference is shocking. The replacement is firm and supportive compared to the extremely squishy/leaky old one. Longest part of the install was removing the old cylinder. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a replacement for their Think chair.

We are pleased with the product we received. I suspect that this may be the orignal manufacturer of the part since it appears identical to the original part we needed to replace. Unfortunately, the support we received, or more correctly did not receive from the domestic retailer led me to explore other options. Fortunately, this vendor had filled our need. Shipping took almost a month but we expected that and the cost was nonimal. I would definitely use this vendor again!
