Seller offered the same wig, same price but different colors. I ordered the incorrect one but notified the seller within the hour and ask if there was a way to exchange so I got the correct color. They said it was not possible. It wasn’t my 1st choice but was willing to accept it. So it has been a week and they made a label but never shipped the item. Then after a week they said it MAY be possible to get the color I needed but they would get back to me but they did not respond back. Terrible
