Burnt background colour
It was bigger face than it looked but that was a positive. The negative was the background colour changed from White to Brown (burnt colour) upon first use in the oven. Makes it harder to read now.

Easy to read and well made
Clear to read , seems well made and has only Celsius temperatures. Other I have used were confusing as they had both Fahrenheit and Celsius and so the dial was difficult to read.
