It says the item is new, but just having a tag doesn't mean it's new. Furthermore, the coat came all folded in a small box, it looks like it was used, from Amazon and this coat can get damaged because it has delicate parts (in other words, they weren't careful to put it in a package that wouldn't cause damage to the product). Photos below.

We have been on Ebay for 14 years and would never ever ship an item in that condition to a customer. The item was shipped through Ebays global shipping program and I am sure they would not forward an item in that condition to a customer. Looks like cuts to us. Did you happen to use a sharp item to open the box?
