They immediately sent me a new one, no questions. I would definitly recommend this seller as they fixed two major problems quick fast and in a hurry. Shipments only took 4 days, I wish I could buy everything from Faybuy because I know it will end up right! Thank you for your help and service. Also the rims are great!

What I loved about it was that they described that it was coming from two different warehouses so I would have two different deliveries that were only two days apart. So I knew exactly what was going on. product from another company only one of the rims got delivered. And nobody could help me where the other rim was. Was told just to return so I did. Five days later, the other rim came. 😡
