      Whirlpool suspension kit

      After researching my whirlpool cabrio platinum washers balance problem, I thought that this would correct the problem. No luck, after I installed the new suspension kit and tried out the washer, the balance problem was still present. No difference in the way the washer worked and the balance problem persisted. I really am disappointed and wish I had never spent the money.

      Good as new!

      This fixed the problem of the washer going out of balance- I had already replaced the bearings/shaft/seals and drain pump. If you need to do those things, replace these too- they will be wore out.

      Good product but not the problem...

      Unfortunately, as another reviewer said, this did not fix the problem. I assume that there is a circuit board or bearing problem but I am not willing to look further. If the arms are your problem, then these look great (or buy mine from me!) but they did not get me going. I am off to get a new washer...
