      this is a 2nd time i've ordered from this manufacturer, i cannot rate the product as of this time, but i am dismayed the shipping experience just like the 1 st time, definitely leaves room for improvement. this order took 8 days to travel 311 miles, package was beat up, and the usps had to reprint a tracking label for it. lucky for me the spools where not damaged and are usable. i'm happy it did finally arrive. just 1 buyers experience and opinion.
