They are really good at communicating and rectifying and are not too expensive. It was good to find boots in a colour and style that is not available in many places and their products are well packaged.Very friendly people to shop with i must say. I think the delivery actually arrived sooner than i was expecting.

Fortunately the seller has quickly acted to rectify things as best they can so they must have made a genuine mistake after all which can happen to anyone.
