Shocking customer service. Item arrived damaged - box damaged as well, I haven’t noticed straight away. Didn’t open the packaging as we were waiting for new windows to be fitted. Messaged seller who told me that he has proof the item was delivered not damaged - after I requested to share this proof with me I got ignored. Very, very poor. Would not recommend whatsoever!
