    Not very efficient

    The pen was easy to use, but even after going over the grout several times, it didn't really make it look a lot whiter. think the stuff inside the pen is too watery to make a good job. now got 3 pens which are of very little use, unless i want to go over the same spot 6 times.

    rubbish

    I've used several grout pens in the past and all worked perfectly well. These, on the other hand, do not work at all. You'd think that with two supplied at least one would function! If it was worth the time and effort I'd return them but I'll just put it down to experience. As they say, buy cheap, buy twice!

    Nib runs out before the liquid

    On the face of it, this looks like a great product. However, after following the instructions to the letter, the nib quickly ground down to nothing long before the liquid in the pen ran out. It worked well on the bits it did, but then deteriorated to a point where it was useless.

    Not great!

    Fine on the downward lines but very patchy horizontally. It feels like you are just about gouging out the grout to try to get a line. Wouldn't recommend.
