I thought I was having difficulties with the Chlorinator as it was not producing. I contacted the supplier that afternoon through Ebay with a message explaining my predicament. I didn't really expect to hear anything back. Then the first thing next morning "Steve" called from the shop to help. He told me that the salt level could be too high. The local pool shop said it was low. Steve was right. I partially diluted the pool with fresh water, the chlorinator kicked in and everything's fine.
