Very great quality part! I’ve used all the types of spark plug three repairs and this one beats them. All nice thick threads with lots of depth to them to bite into the aluminum. Very great sheet of instructions with part number to the proper products recommended to use with it. I’d recommend this to anyone over the other cal style replacement plug repairs just more solid and has a better bite to it. Super easy replacement and way cheaper than buying a new head.

Thank you! Good quality. Although I think it should be shorter because the plug doesn't come out the bottom of insert. Nothing a grinder can't fix tho.

This was a last ditch effort after my mechanic said I needed a new head. Luckily my blowout was cylinder number 2 and I could get to it in order to drill and tap. I rotated the crank by hand from top dead center until the piston was recessed with valves closed and then went to work. I'm so glad I found this insert because the cylinder was already blown out to large for the cal van insert. Great seller and fast shipping. Would recommend to anybody in my shoes. Thanks
