Good weather protection for the aerial connection on my camper.
This item does exactly what it says and was easy to fit onto my camper. My TV reception is much improved after replacing the original aerial connection which was corroded due to being exposed to the elements. I had to attach an extender onto the inside connection to make it long enough to pass through the wall of my camper, but that was simple enough. The cover flips down over the aerial connector very snugly, so there is no room to put a rubber protector over the connector when it’s not in use. It probably isn’t an issue given the connector is protected from the elements when the cover is closed, but I would have used a sleeve if there was more room (I tried retracting the connector a couple of mm, but that didn’t leave sufficient thread protruding to get a really secure connection when ...
