    Simple, but a real difference maker.

    I have recently been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my neck and have daily been in pain for several months. I began using a rolled up towel under my neck to sleep and that was helpful, but nothing like this. Admittedly, I am doing a number of things to address my arthritis including supplements, exercises, chiropractic care, etc., but feel that this pillow is an integral part of my routine. I now have occasional discomfort in my neck and upper back, but it is not debilitating like it was. I am so thankful for this product!

    Good for sleeping & in a recliner chair

    Awesome spine & neck support. I use it when sitting in my recliner & when I go to sleep @ night in bed. I just slide it into my pillow case with my regular pillow @ night. I can sleep on my back & also on my side very comfortably. I would recommend this sleep pillow. A good value for the money.

    A little too firm

    Woke up with a stiff neck after using it. Not sure if my neck was aligning or if it was just too firm. I tried to soften it up a little bit. In the end, it was a little too firm.
