So the reason for a bad review is the extremely poor packing for shipping . This is a live aquatic plant and requires moisture to survive and lives in temperatures of 55 to 65 degrees. Phoenix reaches 110 degrees this time of year and this product was shipped in a regular unpadded postage envelop with the plant inside a ziplock bag with no moisture. Not only was this product crushed but the lack of care in shipping will no doubt have killed the plant. I welcome a response from the seller.

I cannot recommend this seller and product enough. Seller promptly canceled and refunded a mistaken order by me upon request and shipped out my actual order (which I placed when going to bed) by the time I had woken up the next day. AMAZING customer service!
This is a very trustworthy seller and I'll for sure be buying from them again in the future, when I'm ready to expand my moss ball collection!
