The item I received from this seller was not new despite the listing saying it was. When I first opened the box with the factory seals in place, I immediately noticed the case was dirty with dark spots. When I opened the case, the bud itself still had what looked like ear wax on it. I reached out to the seller about this, and they claim the item is new. Google support says the manufacturer warranty ends on September 19, 2024. I think that's very telling of the product condition.
