The package shipped promptly — eBay’s convoluted system for shipping and tracking is at fault for late arrival. The package sat and went nowhere for days a couple of times. eBay has no impetus for improving their costly-to-customers mailing system. They charged me $165 for a small, almost weightless package. Thank goodness the seller sent a $152 S&H refund.
