I was extremely disappointed that my item was mailed in a plastic mailer because it was heavily damaged by the time I received it. The item hardly fit in the plastic mailer that it was sent in. It is unfortunate that the seller didn’t take further initiative to ensure a safe delivery of the item. Although the item was still “new”, it should’ve been described as “damaged” based on the condition when I received it

Shoes have been worn. There’s dirt all over the sole, and creases at forefoot area. I would not have bought them if they were worn once. Very disappointing. Very dishonest.

The shoes were new but I refund his money back and let him keep the shoes..
