The item was exactly as described. It looked new despite the outer packaging having some wear and tear. Installed onto my machine and it worked like a charm. Absolutely will do business with this chap again assuming he has any Eurotherm P304i or Jokab Safety RT7A 24VDC. Before ordering I told him I expected 2-3 day delivery and he actually managed to get the package onto my doorstep in 3 days!
