    When my item arrived the flimsy paper wrapping it was shipped in it was torn to shreds & missing the clamps for it. When I notified the seller that all I needed was the two missing clamps. He responded we don't have any spare clamps & I should file a return with Ebay, complete with photos of what I received. A return was issued. I then packed it in a "box" complete with the original wrapping. I later got a message from the seller quote "What is up with keeping the strap kit and returning it"??
