Now when I am returning the item, it is now further asking $10 return fee. It just keeps getting worse.

They apologized and sent it back out which arrived quite quickly after that. Great service but should mention I don't think the drive has been formatted to be wiped, as it had a user and a guest account still :) but I wiped it as soon as I booted it into the laptop I was using it for.
