      Battery wouldn't work in our laptop, the laptop wouldn't turn on with the new battery installed, but the customer service was great. They gave us some tips on how to get the laptop working, and when that didn't work, they told us to return the product. No idea why the battery didn't work, but I don't think it was the seller's fault with all the firmware locks going around
