    Seller gave tracking number straight away,but didn't sent the parcel till 9 days later.Liisted item as being in australia,but was international post.Bad communication.Would not tell me when the parcel was sent or where it was,got fobbed off with each question.Order badly packed,the creme box was squashed,and the jar was unscrewed.The jar wasn't full,as listed,but at least 2cm below the jar rim.The creme was meant to be a creme consistency,but this is liquid.Poor quality product.Bad Seller.
