The windscreen mounting ball that fits into the tom tom socket is not a firm fit, causing the tom tom to fail to stay at a fixed position. I used sticky tape to build up the ball so it was not loose. Apart from this issue the product was as described.

I found that the suction cup failed to hold on to the windscreen. I cleaned the screen. I tried it without moisture and applied some moisture. There seems to be a design fault in the suction cup.
