It works for a few minutes then generates noise bursts until it is unpowered and then re-powered. Contacted seller who refuses to print out return label. Claims that because they are in Canada they cannot send print out postage label. Ebay warns about doing business outside of Ebay Rules. No guarantee that item was returned to seller. Very poor quality effect and flim-flam customer service. Beware of this Seller!
