The computer arrived, but the two hard drives were damaged in shipping. The computer otherwise was fully functional. The computer had been packed very well, so this was circumstances beyond their control. I worked with the seller and they were extremely responsive and willing to make things right. We worked out a deal for instore credit with free shipping on an item I chose. I highly recommend this seller as they are dedicated to making sure their customers are taken care of properly!
