  • THIS IS A GREAT FILM

I have seen this film 29 times since it's theatrical release. i own 5 Bluray Editions and 8 DVD editions. It's my second favorite film ever. It's is based on a real story from France in the 1700s. There is a book on this subject (it's real expensive now). I highly recommend this film. It's best in the 2.5 director's cut.
