How unbelievable this organisations service is. The first unit arrived D.O.A. When I contacted this company, about the unit not working they apologized and said we can offer you a refund or replacement. Note they offered a refund first that is real customer focused, however I wanted a new unit and they have advised me today the replacement unit it on its way. I am very happy with this company.
