    Beutiful colors and eyepopping graphics.

    The Neo Geo mini is a blast to play. I think they did a great job with the design elements. My only complaint is that it should have had a rechargeable battery. Other than that I think it's perfect. A lot of people are complaining about it having no microswitches in the joystick. I have taken one of these apart and they are an absolute nightmare to put back together. The joystick and buttons I felt worked very well. I would definitely recommend buying this item for any Neo Geo enthusiast.

    All the info said this is a brand new but I receipt just the pre owner, screen is not nice with some finger print on it . Just like rip off with the old product

    Neo Geo Mini, is it that great?

    Wow, unlike every review about the Neo Geo Mini, this will be a positive one from me. I don’t get why this device gets all the hate from everyone, including the enthusiasts but Im no sucker. I knew I was going to be happy the moment I started playing with it, surfing through all the games and playing em, including King of the Monsters 2 which is my first time playing it, it played all so well, no choppiness nor slow frame rate. It was Perfect! I didn’t see anything wrong with it. I played it on tv mode using hdmi mini, and the neo geo pad which I paid for sold separately. I own Samurai Shodown 2 for the AES neo geo, and played it on the mini and I noticed it had nice and crisp graphics than on the AES version and I was blown away by the Neo Geo mini high definition.     Really love the form factor of this. It's a fun, little chibi NeoGeo arcade cabinet that harkens back from game centers across Japan, circa the 90's golden arcade era. The selection is great! I got the International one as well just to add to that NeoGeo World vibe on my desk!!!

    It's ok.

    The on-screen graphcis are ok. I believe the HDMI output is not that great either. The joystick is analog and a bit mushy. It has no battery so you have to have it plugged in to a charger or power bank. All in all it's ok - not sure if it's worth what it costs. If you see it on special, I'd say grab it. But not sure it was worth the full price...
