The seller went above and beyond to help in the coordination of the furniture sale and shipmet. The product had to be shipped over 1,300 miles so the logistics was complicated. Since the furniture was an oak dining room set, the weight was an issue. The Seller was exceptionally professional in all respects coordinating with the buyer regarding the transaction, the shipment, the communications, and some training of a rookie buyer. I could not have had a better eBay experience.
