So I decided to purchase a refurbished iPad from them too. I have had the iPad for 1 month now and it's working great. No issues at all so far. I would definitely recommend trusting GreenGadgets ! The problem was raised with the seller immediately, and after proving the item was not as intended, a return authorisation was issued, After it arrived back with the seller, and they verified their mistake, I was offered the option of a full refund, and this has promptly been paid. Thank you for a minimal delay in rectifying the problem.
