    Seller was willing to accept my offer but at the time I didn't realize the cap was missing, my bad because the photo was clear. Had they offered a return I'd have returned it but fort. I was able to find a complete one later. Took some time for it to arrive. Shipping cost: this could have been sent for the price of a first-class stamp but was charged $6.35. It all works out in the end but all the same sometimes ya gotta wonder.
