Gas Shielded Flux Core Wire - Dual Shield type
If you do a tiny bit of research and don't assume you know this wire just because it says flux core, you will be pleased. Using this in a Miller 211. This stuff really digs into the steel, powerful yet smooth and controllable arc, excellent wetting, good tie-ins at the toes, a fast freeze puddle/slag, smooth bead appearance once you clean the easy to chip off slag covering. The settings can be a little tricky at times to find that sweet spot. Use a little extra stick out, 3/4 inch at first to avoid burn back. Smoke is about the same as E71T-11 wire. The way this wire can dig into the steel (penetration), it is like having the next bigger welding machine ! I have used on 1/8" and up to 1/2" steel (multi-pass). 4 stars vs. 5??... first off no one is to blame but myself, but I got the wrong wire. If I had the right set up it would be outstanding wire**IT NEEDS TO BE USED WITH GAS**

Very Poor Quality.
I’ve been a pro welder for 40 years and I’ve never had the misfortune to weld with wire this bad. I tried it in several machines. Same poor results. The low price is what attracted me to try it. I would never order it again. I wish I had never seen this product. Stick with the name brand wires. Even though they are more than twice the price, they are worth it. Most of this roll of wire is going into the trash can where it belongs. I’ve been a pro welder for 40 years and I’ve never had the misfortune to weld with wire this bad. You can't beat this deal. An excellent wire at an excellent price. Runs real smooth. I had way less clean up to do with this wire over any solid wire I ran (Lincoln, Hobart, Harbor Freight). This is some good stuff. I'm a repeat customer, no doubt about it.
