    Perfect for classic PC builds.

    Right off the bat I want to say this was difficult to get working with Windows XP 32-bit. However, once the card is all set up, it works brilliantly and sounds fantastic. The price is definitely worth it if you're building a classic computer build, but otherwise, I don't think it would be great on modern systems that use Windows 10/11. With 95/98/ME/2000/XP, this card is amazing. Also, little note for anyone installing this card, I used the rear output only, and used Creative's official drivers, which can be found if you look hard enough (I got mine from VOGONS). This card is also great for Doom (of course I had to run Doom). As of now I haven't gotten most MS-DOS games working natively with it, but it doesn't really matter because DOSBox fixes that.     not for today's operating systems

    this audio card was a very good card in it's day! but in todays world windows 10 does not support this card. and you might have a hard time getting it to work in windows 7, or even vista. i think this card was made when windows 98 se was the current microsoft os

    Inexpensive, works well, very compatible w/multiple OS's.

    Works just as I would expect. Nothing spectacular, but it is compatible with just about any OS. It's also a plus that they are easy to find at a pretty good price.

    EASY EASY INSTALL - XP had all the drivers. I loaded a fresh install of XP and the sound card and she booted with sound... no need to hunt down drivers on the web ! Works flawlessly ! very happy
