They promptly offered a refund and said I could keep the knife. Now that is a very generous company with great service. I can recommend TaipanOutdoprs to all and I will buy again in future. By the way, this knife blade has a Scandi grind blade which I love and is very strong and easier to sharpen as you just lay it on the bevel no need to guess the angle.
