      Its alright

      Arrived on time. It was okay, but 2 grips were not enough, it's a hassle to change the grips for another band if you want to do exercise combination - waste of time. It does not hook at the side of the door, also the anchor is not an anchor, it's just stones or something and not 100% safe, it could move so you have to be careful with your balance. I was scared while training my clients that it would cut off or bounce back on their face, the quality is alright but I believe it could have been made better. One ankle strap was not enough too - hassle of changing. Oh, also the bag I have received was torn. "Basically I recommend this for light weight people"

      This is an outstanding piece of equipment.

      Delivery was very fast and the product itself held up very very strong during my intensive workout. I'm very impressed and I would highly recommend to others.       Nice home gym

      I got this because I travel a lot. It fits the bill and is easy to pack. Free weights hurt my joints and these don't. The door anchor means I can use them just about anywhere.

      Buy 2

      Set came with 5 bands of varying resistance/color. If you want to do symmetrical/two arm exercises, without attaching to a door, you should buy 2 sets. If you use the door attachment, you can run the bands through it, and just buy one set. I bought 2 and used the hook and pile ankle straps to attach to a lally column in my basement
